Track 2 of the $197/mo co-managed plan: a standalone retail store on your own brand and domain, selling big-ticket home goods that ship from overseas warehouses inside the US, Europe and Japan — you never touch the inventory. You can live anywhere; the store can sell into any of those markets. This page explains exactly how we run it, what stays in your hands, and the honest risks.
How it starts, in three steps
You pick the products
Sofas, beds, dining sets, patio furniture — chosen from tens of thousands of SKUs already sitting in overseas warehouses, sourced through a Nasdaq-listed B2B wholesale marketplace. We shortlist, you decide.
We build the store
Your own site on your own domain, first 30 products listed with selling copy written for you. Sell in English, Spanish or Chinese — you choose the market.
Warehouses ship direct
Your customer pays into your own Stripe. The order is purchased on your own wholesale account and ships from local stock in that market — days, not ocean-freight weeks.
What we run every month
- Price & stock watch, automated. Our system syncs wholesale prices and inventory through a direct API connection: a price move reprices your listing to protect margin; a stock-out delists it before you oversell. Overselling is the #1 rookie killer in this business — we automate it away.
- Product rotation. Listings that don't move get swapped monthly; what tests well earns more slots.
- Protected ordering. Every order is placed with return coverage and — in peak seasons — shipping coverage selected, costs built into your retail price, so a single bad parcel doesn't eat a month.
- Order-flow training. We walk you through payment-to-dispatch until you run it solo — then stay on watch.
- Returns policy, written to protect you. Freight returns are where furniture stores bleed; your policy page is drafted to contain that risk before your first sale.
- Weekly numbers report. Visitors, orders, margin on one page. If we skip a week, that's on us.
Don't take our word for it — visit our own store
We don't sell a playbook we haven't run. Radimeet is a live store we operate ourselves, built exactly the way we build yours: same sourcing, same pricing discipline, same warehouse-direct delivery. Click around, check the prices, try the checkout — that is the deliverable.
The math on one sofa
"How much can I make?" is the only question that matters, so here is the honest shape of it — a worked example using the real cost structure of the wholesale marketplace, not a fantasy screenshot:
- Wholesale price: $299 — what the sofa costs on your buyer account
- Fulfillment fee: $79 — warehouse-to-door delivery, shown before you buy
- Coverage & payment fees: ≈$27 — return coverage + card processing
- Retail price: $549 — a normal market price for the piece
- Gross margin per unit: ≈$144 — roughly 26% on this example
This is an illustration of the cost structure, not a promise. Every number moves with the product you pick — and how many units you sell depends on your promotion, which nobody can honestly guarantee. What we CAN say: one sofa order carries the margin of a hundred phone-case orders, so the store doesn't need volume to be worth running.
The discipline behind it
Anyone can copy product photos onto a website. What we actually deliver is a set of operating rules that big-ticket veterans learn the expensive way:
Two-phase pricing
New listings launch on thin margin to find what actually sells; proven listings get repriced to lock profit. One flat markup is how beginners end up with a store that never sells a thing.
A beginner-safe product filter
First stores stay on single-parcel items, low historical return rates, courier-deliverable sizes, retail-ready listings. The oversized freight-truck items with the scary economics come later, if ever.
Big and heavy, on purpose
Big-ticket home goods are the category where small sellers still fit: fewer competitors, steady demand, listings that stay sellable for years — because the shipping is hard, and the warehouses handle the hard part.
Returns priced in, not ignored
Considered purchases get returned less than impulse buys — composite return rates in this category run around 2%. But a single freight return is expensive, which is why coverage and policy come before the first sale, not after.
The category
Home & living, the heavy end — where fulfillment difficulty keeps the crowd out:
Where the money actually flows
The structure is the safety feature — three separate pipes, and we're only in one of them:
Is this for you?
A good fit if you…
- want to test a real cross-border business with limited capital and no inventory risk
- can put in a few hours a week learning product picks and promotion
- live anywhere and want to sell into the US, Europe or Japan
Not for you if you…
- are looking for "passive income on autopilot" — that product doesn't exist here
- need the store to pay back in its first month
- don't want to touch any operational detail, ever
Why run it with Caliradi
The system does the dangerous parts
Price sync, stock watch, oversell protection — automated through a direct API connection. The mistakes that kill first stores are exactly the ones software does better than people.
Getting customers is our day job
Caliradi is a growth company: content, social channels, outreach, ads. Your store's hardest problem — traffic — is the thing the rest of this company does all day, and where you can grow into bigger plans when you're ready.
Three languages, natively
Store, copy and support in English, Spanish and Chinese — sell to the market you know, from wherever you live.
Our incentives don't fight yours
We don't resell you inventory, don't mark up the goods, don't touch your revenue. We charge a flat service fee — the only way we win long-term is if your store stays alive.
Three things we won't do
No income promises
Results depend on your products and your promotion. Anyone guaranteeing you a monthly income is selling a course, not a business.
No touching your money
Customer payments go to your own Stripe. Wholesale purchases run on your own free buyer account. Our service fee is the only money that ever moves to us.
No hiding the risk
Freight returns are expensive and the return risk is yours — we contain it with coverage and policy, we don't erase it. Read that sentence twice before you pay us.
Straight answers
Do I need a registered company to start?
Most people start as individuals: your own Stripe account and a free wholesale buyer account. Entity and tax questions depend on where you live — ask a licensed accountant; we help with setup but never give legal or tax advice.
How long until my store is live?
Typically 1–2 weeks from payment to a live store with the first 30 products — the pace mostly depends on how fast you confirm product picks.
How much time does this take me weekly?
During training, a few hours a week. Once running: orders and customer messages take minutes a day (the system watches prices and stock for you), and promotion takes as much time as you choose to give it.
What if nothing sells?
Listings that don't move get swapped monthly, and thin-margin launch pricing exists precisely to find what moves. But there is no magic: without promotion there is no traffic. That's also exactly what our bigger plans do for you when you're ready.
What does a return actually cost me?
The realistic worst case is the return freight or part of the item's value. Coverage selected at order time and a properly written returns policy keep it contained — we walk through the exact numbers with you during training, order by order.
How is this different from classic dropshipping?
Three ways: goods ship from local warehouses in the destination market (days, not three-week ocean freight), the category is big-ticket home goods with real per-order margin, and you build your own branded store — an asset you own — instead of renting a listing on someone's marketplace.
Track 2 shares one price with Track 1 (you have products — we market them). You choose after checkout and can switch anytime. Both tracks are printed on the pricing card on the homepage.
